| Jacob commenced his insurance career with DMA Insurance Brokers in late 2000 in various roles including Account Assistant, Elders Distribution Manager, and IT & Training Manager. In 2002 he assisted DMA Country (now Ausure Insurance & Finance) with training their Authorised Representatives in the post FSRA Broking Environment and in the new Electronic Distribution tools that were available to them through the DMA network. In 2004, Jacob together with Bob purchased a small Insurance Brokerage in the south coast of NSW known as Hutchison Insurance Brokers; the first office of what is today Affinity Insurance Services Pty Ltd. Through these roles, Jacob has exerienced insurance broking in Corporate, SME Commercial and Rural environments. Jacob specialises in detailed property and liability placements though spends majority of his time in training and upskilling the Affinity Broking Team. Jacob enjoys spending time with his young family, in particular taking them to visit the Blue Mountains (NSW) and Bathurst. |

Since then Marianne has worked with various insurers in multiple roles before transitioning to Insurance Broking in 2000 with Austbrokers City State. Marianne joined Affinity Insurance Services Pty Ltd in 2007 and is now Southern Area (NSW) Manager overseeing the Kiama, Bega and Cooma offices. With a great wealth of experience over the past 30 years; Marianne now specialises in providing insurance results for the Transport and Logistics Industry and the Earthmoving Industry. Marianne is an active member of the Kiama Chamber of Commerce and BNI Pro Net constantly looking for ways to help her customers through Business Networking. |

| Shannon started her insurance career in 2004 with M&F Agencies, an Insurance Broker on the South Coast of NSW. Shannon joined Affinity Insurance Services Pty Ltd in 2010 to succeed Bryson Banfield as the Office Manager on Bryson's Retirement. Shannon has obtained her PS146 Tier 1 qualification and is currently working towards completion of her Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking). Growing up in a rural town has given Shannon a real understanding of Rural and Agribusiness and what it is like to run a farm or business in a Rural Town. This has equipped Shannon to be an expert in Insurance Advice for Farmers and SME Business Owners in Rural Towns. Shannon is actively involved with the Bega Roosters Football Club and the Bega Chamber of Commerce. Being a mum, an Office Manager and so actively involved in the community; Shannon also loves spending any time she can with her family. |

Cafes and Restaurants may no longer need two Menus
Small Business Minister Nick Sherry has announced that the Federal Government is looking to amend legislation requiring Restaurants and Cafes to display a second menu. If the States and Territories agree to the proposed changes it will reduce the red tape of compliance for many small businesses in the hospitality sector.
