If you need to lodge your claim outside of our business hours, your claim is urgent, or you are unable to contact our office for any reason, you have the option of calling the insurer directly through their 24 hour help service. You should only lodge your claim directly with your insurer if you are confident in how to present your claim to your insurer. Once you have made your lodgement directly we may not be able to assist you with your claim if incorrectly lodged.
You will need your policy number and details of what happened before you call.
